Unfortunately, when 2nd Amendment rights meets facism, 2nd Amendment loses as I predict all the ardent 2nd Amendment defenders to kowtow to Federal over reach. They will whole heartedly defend "Don't Tread on Me" but not thee.

In no way am I defending DHS, but it literally doesn't matter what happened. This Admin will not admit any wrong doing. The only entity capable of reining them in is the GOP in Congress and they are too terrified and weak willed to do anything. We must document now to hold them accountable later.

The GOP choosing to sit on their hands and remain silent gives the Executive gets free reign (spelling intended) to trample the People. Their disregard for the Constitution is intentional. Until Jan 2027, POTUS has absolute authority. All we can do is document their tyranny and shame.

Until the GOP in Congress chose to act, there's literally nothing we, the people, can do at the moment. Even then, the Executive can chose not to listen. We are discovering that there is simply no system in place to hold the Executive accountable. Any outrage can be defined as radical insurrection.

We've already seen DHS violate 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendment rights, only a matter of time before they stepped on the 2nd Amendment. Now for the ole conservative razzle dazzle of excusism. Absolute 2nd Amendment for me, not for thee.

We need to understand that DHS has been told that their authority is absolute. Period, full stop. And if challenged, the DOJ will defend and POTUS will pardon. There is no need to de-escalate when escalation is easier and brings no consequences.

I think we all under estimate the comservative spin machine. I mean, J6 is now absolutely established as a peaceful gathering that was needlessly attacked by radical liberal instigators.

Those responsible for dispensing justice get to determine the rules of justice. We have no system in place to hold DHS accountable. That is to say, those who are tasked with doing so, Congress, have abdicated that power.

It doesn't matter what the video shows. It doesn't matter what the witnesses say. Without any system of accountability, those tasked with upholding justice at the highest level get to define that justice.

Remind me again, didn't Miller demand that the local police stand down? Now Vance is crying about where the local police were. Maybe the Admin needs to stand down until they get their own house in order. None of this needs to happen.

Within hours, before any investigation, the Admin has already stated that the guy was a terrorist. My prediction is that, once again there will be no investigation into the shooters and a critical investigation into the victim, his family, his life.... none of these needed to happen.

Who ever controls justice defines justice. Unless Congress chooses to act, that is the clear domain of the Executive. And even if they act, can just ignore them. The guardrails were an illusion.

I'm glad this is being said, but it's not going to move the conservative needle. They simply do not believe in any Amendment other than the 2nd, at least until is personally affects them.
