I learned the hard way not to stock dried beans in quantities larger than you will use in a 1-year rotation. After a year, many become resistant to rehydration.

Even though he seems to be usurping the military, I don’t think he will have to. Doge’s tested methods can be applied to the Department of Energy and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, which oversees the power grid.
