This is my favorite version of this band. If you haven't heard the 2012 JazzFest set it's out there and it's great.

There used to be a place in the mall in Lake Charles that would serve crawfish etouffee on a baked potato with sour cream and cheddar cheese, it was amazing, and probably enough food for 3 meals. Etouffee is the perfect Christmas dinner for 2, all you need is wine.
