Scott Summers. He was the first one that resonated with me as a teen, having to grow up too fast on my own, the burden of responsibility felt way too heavy on the shoulders. But reliable, dependable, calm in crisis, who ultimately cares directly about those he cares about.

It's not your fault. Those oldies are terrified of the changes coming soon and they're unable to cope.

They gotta cling to their outdated routines and ways of life because they know it's coming to an end. I guess in both meanings of the word.
