I lost all this weight! 150lbs! I try to do my best, but my body has the final say. Ehlers Danlos has ruined my life! It's taken almost every day from me and left me with pain. I just want my shoulder blade muscles to stop being painful and rock hard! I just want relief! #Ehlersdanlos #EDS #HEDS.

Shoulder blade muscles are still giving me grief. The muscles in my back are just rock hard, and it's beyond painful. I absolutely hate EDS! I absolutely hate the fact I can't walk for longer than 20mins or thrift/shop for longer than 10-20 without my shoulder blades muscles screaming at me.

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I have POTs. It's not fun! Most days I'm in a constant 3 on the pain scale. Today is a bad day my shoulder blades won't shift back into place. Plus! My pots is making me black and white vision hold onto the couch when I stand. BLAH!
