Do not under estimate the ineptitude of Democrats in leadership.

I wonder if the Baileys are aware of these numbers? It’s the job of leadership to ingrain this message in voters minds. Instead, they’ve let the Republicans brand themselves the economic growth party when the opposite is true. Another reason it’s time for new leadership.

He worked for anyone who wanted to use his blackmail. All bad actors were welcome to it, for a price.

What a song! What an album! Glad I got to see them on this tour. Phenomenal.

Bad news: Democracy died on my watch.

If he wasn’t reaching his stick out as far as he could (into the skaters path) and had a better hold of it then it wouldn’t fly 10 feet in the air.

In the first instance, the defender is not trying to do anything with his stick and has it knocked out of his hands from behind. In the second, the defender is reaching his stick out to try to impede an offensive player. The offensive player has a right to clear room for himself to skate.

Senate Democrats would be wise? Fat chance. They are still 100% behind Schumer’s leadership. Not one of them has shown they were made for this moment.

Really hard hitting reporting there, Dan. Not much else going on is there?

“Mr. President, I want to negotiate with you, but first let me give away the biggest bargaining chip I have. The one you just told me you feared most.”

Make ICE toxic? Holy hell, like it’s not already radioactive. Now is when he has maximum leverage. He sucks the life out of democrats at every turn.

Not good enough. You voted to open the gov’t before any concessions on these rouge paramilitary operators were reigned in. Now you are giving away all leverage for face saving “concessions” which will be ignored or ineffective. Pathetic.

I can see Stephen Miller’s spittle all over this statement.

Why don’t you say you’ll run to replace Chuck if he doesn’t instruct his caucus to vote no on cloture for this funding bill? Dem Senators have to face reality. Regular citizens are standing up. Why won’t our Senators? We need a real leader. Schumer is a coward, a moron or willfully complicit.
January 24, 2026 at 10:59 PM
Please tell Chuck to say he is advising all Dem Senators to do the same. To me it seems like you were one of seven Schumer patsies last time and they’ll be a slightly different group of patsies this time.

Schumer out of the Senate NOW

I would think Quadrophenia merits focus. Second only to Who’s Next in my view. In some ways, it was a launch pad for the British punk scene. The whole album captures that dissatisfied youth angst attitude that was to define punk. 5:15 nails it.

He’s probably having a pint at his local not giving a second thought about the music biz.

I’d put the Kinks catalog up against any other band. An incredibly diverse catalog at that.

Is Sunday confirmed? Thought for sure it would be the Saturday night game. LA - Chicago has prime time written all over it.
January 12, 2026 at 4:31 AM
No no no. It was more about being ranked ahead of Miami in every CFP poll prior to the final one and then being leapfrogged while Alabama was gifted a spot, after being blown out, because they played in the almighty SEC. Where are all those powerhouse SEC teams now?
