Also, any politicians/lawmakers in the state who might be able to have an effect higher up the chain. I did find a website about some kind of legal bill talking specifically about the current issues with the system you are in. I'm not sure of its status, but I can link the page.

Ye, I'm finding limited information online for ways to deal with it. Outside of the pathways you are already trying, the only things I can suggest would be to call various helplines for advice, contact a media outlet, try to find people who work at APS who seem more competent to call directly.

I guess the police (via non-emergency) number might be able to offer advice, or at least point you in the direction of other places to ask advice. Maybe they might be able to help escalate it with other relevant authorities. Even if not reporting a crime, the police service is there to help.

Some research suggests there are other overseeing groups that could be contacted. As guardianship has been granted to what appears to be a law firm, there is the Attorney Grievance Commission. I don't know how relevant it is though, I'd need to look into the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct.

The APS may have gotten you into this. You mentioned they did an inspection without entering. It still might be worth calling again. They'd have multiple employees and there's a chance someone more confident might pick up. You could complain about previous inspections not doing full checks.

I would recommend calling multiple places. Even if a particular hotline is not relevant directly, they are there to help, and may be able to help direct you somewhere more relevant.
Any kind of abuse hotline might be able to provide some advice.

Personally, I use Adobe Fresco (ios) for drawing. Its animation features are structured around each layer having its own timeline, so "technically" multiple layers per frame.
Also, since I'm late to this, did you find an app that suits your needs since this post?

I see nobody has commented yet. I occasionally dabble in art. I'm not bad at it, but I'm not great at it either. I know that my biggest weakness is in knowing how to draw expressive faces.

I have onedrive configured such that only the things I want uploaded will be uploaded. It took my Documents folder hostage, but I was able to create a new folder under my profile "DocumentsLocal" that isn't synced.
I also made sure to turn on "Keep Everything Downloaded" setting for synced folders.
