I make my own sauce and sometimes the sausage too.

But the no kneed dough is such a game changer. You just mix it and let nature handle the work plus the time it takes helps develop more flavor.

Bake in a 550F oven for 10-15 minutes or until it’s done to your liking. A couple before and after pics for reference.

Just one recipe? I’ll go with my cast iron pizza.

For a 12” skillet:

290g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
3/4 cup water
1 tb olive oil

Mix everything and cover and leave out in a bowl 8-24 hours. Place the dough in an oiled skillet and cover for 2 hours. Push dough out to the sides and top.

Sheesh. A lot of these recalls have been either pre made/cooked food made for restaurants or for quick home cooking.

Makes me not want to go out and eat. I cook at home a lot already but this is just reinforcement.

They probably stopped letting those TAM Jalapenos in the grocery store supply chain. Those were never supposed to be in stores, I think? Just food production.

Brines start being effective after 30 minutes usually so it’ll help, but of course longer is better until you reach that point of no return.
