For a 12” skillet:
290g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
3/4 cup water
1 tb olive oil
Mix everything and cover and leave out in a bowl 8-24 hours. Place the dough in an oiled skillet and cover for 2 hours. Push dough out to the sides and top.
