38 years ago I went with one of my besties to see the short-lived, mediocre US Bway production of "Chess." (I loved the concept album!) But the new run on Broadway--which I went to yesterday with the SAME bestie--is a vast improvement. Not perfect. The album is the best. But definitely worth going!♟️

Went to my first Northern Soul dance in Bristol last night and won best dressed!

NS is a wonderful vibe, not difficult, you can do it solo, and the old, deep cuts are perfect for shuffling along. Plus, I love watching the pros really strut their stuff. Find some Northern Soul in your world!💃
