Holding him in place is a brainwashed, reprogrammed Tahm Kench, his eyes vacant as he and the fox are drawn to the spiral-pulsing screens. The two agents stare forward, not paying any mind to their surroundings, to the sterile, empty room that harbored nothing but the screens and their presence, not realizing they are being monitored... watched... tested... someone making sure their programming sticks, underneath their usual behaviors. Eido (a character belonging to the commissioner) falls victim to a strange bomb with the koopa king's symbol on it. After the explosion clears, it's revealed the koopa king himself sent it, as punishment for them forgetting his special day in August. As such, the unsuspecting kit will end up a koopa for a good year. Enjoy the benefits of being large and in charge...? I feel like he never realizes how much people WANT to be the koopa king.
