My question is why is RFK Jr putting Olive Oil (and Beef Tallow) so high up on this piramid?
As someone part-Italian here, I use olive oil in a lot of recipes to grease the pan. But Beef Tallow and Olive Oil are fats, not protein. Put the fish and shrimp higher for pure protein!
