There are things to criticise him for (a lot of things), but there should be respect for what he’s done. Let’s go on a real unbeaten run and see what happens.

I think you are absolutely correct. But I’d also say the manager seems totally disinterested in engaging the whole squad and the suits are not as smart as they think they are which has caused this situation.

Agreed. The second half is unacceptable
January 17, 2026 at 5:04 PM
Which is not a good thing. But might be the best for all parties.

Just not good enough and not acceptable. Good for 45 mins, then utter shite. He’s gone in the summer.
January 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Oh I agree. Thought it was good, but the patience isn’t there at the mo. Doesn’t help the commentary going “ooh 2-1 Liverpool are wobbling” then “oh they don’t deserve that” haha
January 13, 2026 at 12:30 PM
Been lots of shite performances recently so I understand it even if I don’t totally agree.

Do not look at the Spurs Reddit or the guardian match report. Refereeing injustices against spurs apparently 😂

Just shows how great Klopp is. Might be the best man manager ever to keep a big squad of egos that engaged, it’s incredibly difficult.
December 13, 2025 at 12:46 PM
He’s bombed out plenty over the years. Likely justified (aubamayang for example) but I don’t know the ins and outs. Emery is bombing out Harvey as we speak…
I think it’s more the norm for most of them, despite me believing Slot went too far with several lads that should’ve been kept in the squad.
December 13, 2025 at 12:36 PM
I agree with you but…is Slot not more like every single football manager other than Jurgen? They all play favourites to varying degrees and bomb people out. Isn’t Klopp a unicorn because he doesn’t do that? When he does bomb someone it’s for an infraction. Otherwise he guides people out.
December 13, 2025 at 12:17 PM
It is. But he’s got a point. In all honesty it might be time for him and the manager to go. And if hughes is somehow involved, he can leave too.

Scorched earth I know..but this is bad.

Seems Mo agrees as well. If you’d have told me this would all happen in May…bloody hell.
December 6, 2025 at 9:54 PM
Oh I 100% agree, not many heavy hitters around (mentioned on the pod this week of course). If he was up for it it’d be straightforward. He’s not though.
December 6, 2025 at 3:07 PM
They had an awful start (didn’t score for five games or something) and they’ve turned it around. Agree they are in a much better place right now but if your shout is Emery in…I very much disagree. Good manager but not the right pick if it comes to that.
December 6, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Yep. Bit of a fluke goal but it’s not unexpected to be honest. Also their constant rolling around seems to go unnoticed
