I find Crows and Ravens to be one of the most challenging subjects. Because of their color that blends their feathers and eyes, that is, unless you get the light just right. And when you do, like most subjects, it snaps the subject out of the frame.

Here is a photo of an old house on the water in Nanaimo, BC I got some shots of it back in 2011. While passing through Nanaimo recently, I went back to take some more shots to find that it had been demolished. Glad I got the shots I did.
