How should folks in states other than Montana advocate for TEI? I'm a local dem chair and plan on educating on TEI/NPV/RCV as ways to fix democracy. We now have dem gov/lg/ag/state legislature in VA so now is the time.

I'll start looking into it from LYH. We're also looking at RCV at the local level, and efforts to get VA onboard with eliminating the electoral college.
