No more binge eating, binge drinking OR binge smoking. I WILL become 140 AT LEAST by July next year. Im super worried about excess skin, so I've been using bio oil and retinol on my stretch marks. I got a Fitbit, all I need to do is not STUFF MYSELF

Only one can every other day, I DONT need to be BULKING for no reason. I WILL not be fat for 2025. None of my cool clothes fit and I spend so much money on food and alcohol. SO unnecessary. I've also been trying to stop smoking cigs, I only smoked 2 yesterday! I'm confident I can quit this time.
