I agree with most replies here but I would add that a ton of folks don’t think that their vote will change anything. That is the result of the Citizens United SCOTUS decision which has allowed unlimited money corrupt the system. They feel, rightly, disenfranchised by the two parties.

I really don’t get your stance. Bernie Sanders sold out? How? He’s been advocating for the same things for his entire career. Plus he’s an independent that has a job for life since he provides for his constituents. Mamdani is a candidate for change, regardless of what happens he’s at least a change.

I would like to add that if the democrats want to succeed they need to listen to people like Mamdani, Bernie and AOC. They are as much to blame for the inequality that we are suffering under as anybody. They need to stop taking people for granted. We need to stop letting them take us for granted.
