He's also thankfully doing better, saw the vet earlier in the week and he apparently needed his anal glands expressed. Back to normal since then. Follow up in a few weeks.

Yeah he's been basically with me the whole time, very insistent on snuggles. He's eaten small amounts three times so far. So I'm hopeful it's nothing serious.

The good news is he literally just popped up about 15 minutes ago and went searching for food. He ate a half can of wet food, half a churu and drank a bunch of water.

Now we wait for the poopening.

The vet said that it could be an obstruction, her other concern was his GGT was at the high end of normal which could indicate a gallbladder issue.

If he doesn't eat and poop by tomorrow morning he needs an ultrasound.

I forced myself out of bed, I know its hard, and as much as I feel like I'm trying to slog through concrete I try to force myself to get moving, short walk, stretches, something, the dopamine hit helps.

And I really hope my representatives, @beyer.house.gov, @markwarner.bsky.social and @kaine.senate.gov are willing to do something about this, but talk plainly in a way people understand. He took money from the working class and gave it to parasitic billionaires.

Most people don't understand "Market manipulation" or "insider trading" because its not something they can do. Call it what it is, wealth redistribution and theft.
