We stayed there last year! Ahead of the Indie Comics Creator Con and it is really cool. There is a whole gallery on the main floor of the original construction and renovation.
Absolutely worth it.

The new people who own it are doing some seriously shady stuff with it. I'm concerned if we ever do get it we're gonna be on so many block lists.
But, as a comic book company with a cybersecurity focus I really want to own it to monitor the traffic. Bad business decision/good research decision.
