Theres no one in all of storytelling quite like Rand Al’Thor
There are maybe 3 total magic systems on the level of wheel of times.
Wheel of time is a beautiful mess that shows its age and a few of the authors bias and kinks lol but there is nothing quite like it
Doesn’t mean you’ll like it tho 😆

There are maybe 3 total magic systems on the level of wheel of times.
Wheel of time is a beautiful mess that shows its age and a few of the authors bias and kinks lol but there is nothing quite like it

Because of the characters , the magic system and the prose.
Rand is the most dynamic, complex and tragic character in the history of chosen ones, if not fiction itself.
The magic system is rich, methodical and endlessly deep.
The prose is romantic, intentional and full of foreshadowing

Idk it’s my fav book series ever. It’s many peoples. One of the highest selling of all times. Of course it gets good to some ppl. But it’s not for everyone
