I hope the Devs will come out and take a clear stance on GenAI other than a small snippet in a long interview. Please do let me know if they've already done so.

I think "people are just looking to hate" is a gross over-simplication. There are valid reasons to be concerned about the encroachment of GenAI in creative spaces.

There are people on both sides of the E33 issue talking past each other without nuance, but there's room for criticism.
