I feel like it gives me a good excuse to rewatch the movie though. Haven’t seen it in a while, so maybe my opinions would change. Not on the hair, but over who I prefer.

I’m excited to (hopefully) see much more of her in Requiem? I’m happy that I’ll be able to see more of her.

Next up is one of my personal favorite RE games. 4R! I’m super excited for this.

I didn’t get to see much of every single Outbreak character, but I did get a good idea of Alyssa! She’s the most relevant of the characters anyway.

She seems like a cool character. And I really enjoyed her story during the abandoned hospital section.

So I actually haven’t read this in a little bit, so I’m putting the book back on the TBR. I’m a lot more focused on RE at the moment 😅.

I am actually enjoying the book so far though!

I think my overall thoughts on 0 were that it was good, not great. I’m very glad I played it, but it isn’t my favorite.

Now it’s time for a few cutscene movies, including Outbreak! I’m excited.

That’s not to say that Rebecca and Billy weren’t good protags. I really enjoyed them both! I liked the different gameplay style they went with, and it really felt like they were a team.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Billy show up again. Rebecca too, but I know she’s already in other stuff.

I liked the added lore. Plus Alfred and Alexia, while weirdos, were interesting.

Basically, I’m very happy I played it. It’s SO successful at building the excitement for things like 5. I want a remake 😋. Next up is a CV Survivor cutscene movie because why not, then 0!

I actually ended the game really liking Steve? Maybe my expectations were so low because everyone hates on him, but he seemed perfectly fine. His delivery of some lines can be awkward, sure. But I liked Steve himself. I felt very bad for him. His story’s pretty tragic.

BUT, it’s still a great movie. I’d probably love it a whole lot more on a rewatch. If I hadn’t been comparing it so much while watching, I’d feel different. It’s a very solid romcom.

And they REALLY nailed the characters. Perfect casting, honestly. Not that I had any doubts 😎.
