I'm running a midrange build Radeon 6650xt and Ryzen 5600x I did play around with the settings for a couple minutes but it didn't really improve anything

It was on flatscreen and just last week but it was on most worlds except the ones made with performance in mind, I do have to try in VR though

Not what I saw based on my experience, resonite however tends to stick to around 40 fps while vrchat fluctuates between 70 to 20.
