I haven’t tried Obsidian in a long time but all the linking and Graph and everything was what made me stick to Notion for way too long. I want something like the Bear app but a bit more flexible

Similar thing happened to me today where I was struggling to understand why my changes weren’t working just to realize that I was checking on prod 🤦🏾

Really loved working on it as it reminded me of my old days where I would just have a large glass of red wine and create good looking UIs through the night. Will definitely do that again! Just without the wine and my little sleeping next to me instead

The whole app is Vite PWA that works fully offline. No sync across devices, no servers involved at all. React Router for navigation, Dexie for the local database, Tailwind CSS and loads of Radix components. Design is heavily inspired by Linear but stripped down to the essentials I need.

100% agreed. Plus kids don’t care about saying something wrong or make mistakes so they will use whatever they learnt as much as possible whereas adults overthink too much and don’t use the language they learn as much
