The Rational Canada Project (RCP) is about enabling an objective and evidence based approach to some of our greatest societal challenges. Let's build a unified and prosperous Canada through skepticism, objectivity, and critical thinking.
You may feel that way but the data points in a different direction. We have a surplus of primary crops such as maize, wheat, rice and fruits such as bananas. Food insecurity is largely driven by waste, supply chain issues (getting the food to places where it is needed) and growing demand for meat.

Wish this was true. Avi Lewis wants to be someone he is not, a saviour, a hero or a Zohran? Will Canadians find that inspiring? I don't see the brilliance in proclaiming that the answer to high grocery prices is to have the government run a grocery chain. Authenticity where art thou?

As for EDC, I think their entire growth and compensation should be dictated on increase in Canada's exports. Right now, it is completely disconnected from their mission.

Unfortunately AI is coming for everyone. The primary job of government is to ensure people have the knowledge, skills and tools they need to generate more value in their work using AI. Corporations will want to invest, entrepreneurs will build if we have a population that has the skillset.

So while the standard of life for Canadians has fallen steeply (loss in productivity will do that), executives in the federal PS have done very well. Economic and pay line adjustments combined an average total 20% increase over the last 2 years before bonuses. #canada #cdnpoli #productivity

That is my point so we agree on that. For a second I thought your point was that bombing a few boats is not big enough an issue for Canada to comment?

Btw, this is not about US politics. My point is about international law. If we agree that no nation should be allowed to break the law. The question is whether Canada can remain silent when it comes to the US yet expect other countries to support it (Canada) when India kills one of our citizens.

Ok, by that logic should Canada stay silent on Russia invading Ukraine/Israel destroying Gaza etc.? Or are you saying we should mind our own business just when it comes to the US?

We (Canada) have no moral ground to criticize other nations doing the same including killing Canadians. Is their another perspective here ?

Thank you for standing up for principles. Whether one agrees or disagrees with your views, all Canadians should applaud that you were willing to give up power for what you believe in.

Wow, stunning. The andromeda galaxy is approximately 250,000 light years across and contains approximately 1 trillion stars. That is 1,000,000,000,000 . While one can admire and gasp at the size and scale of our universe, it is impossible to comprehend.
