@rationalcoypu.bsky.social
Consultant layabout and procrastinator. Used to be a scientist. Constantly amazed by the way huge numbers of people seem to have lost the ability to think rationally.
I am generally recognised as a kindly sorta bloke, but I’m struggling to be sympathetic with those silly-fucker Americans whose families will suffer and die because they voted to create a system of official stupidity, lies and deceit.

The Rational Coypu Chicken Entrails are now predicting;

Felonious Orange will completely lose grip on GOP and reality. His collapse is imminent.

Russia will lose in Ukraine. Its army is broken, lacking morale, food, and capable command. The country is penniless. Its collapse is imminent too.

If European leaders don’t stand firm and united against Butcher Russia, they will never be forgiven. The vast majority of Europeans want a safe, secure, sovereign Ukraine.
America will just have to be dealt with as best possible whilst the current crew of criminal incompetents is in charge.

I see that, over in the USA, the opinion that T***p is rapidly becoming incapable of doing his job is more and more openly and strongly expressed-even within the Guardians Of Paedophiles.

The question is: what now? How to get someone sane into the White House?

And whilst all this is going on, President Mango Mushbrain and his Merry Morons are destroying

US renewable energy industry ,
US healthcare.
US economy.

So China will dominate the renewable energy industries
So lots of Americans will sicken and/or die unnecessarily - and in poverty.

SLEEPY DON Throws a Tedious Tantrum Triggered By a New York Times Exposé of Trump Fatigue
Anyone who has been observing the behavior of Donald Trump in recent months cannot help but notice his rapidly declining ability to focus on critical issues, or comprehend simple subjects, or even …

It will be hard and costly, but we Europeans must unite to contain Russian expansionism. We cannot rely on the current US government to help, although we may hope for future change.
Europe, with the Baltic and Nordic states, can do this, especially now that Russia has weakened itself.
November 26, 2025 at 11:10 AM
Trump has never liked Ukraine since they refused to help him falsely incriminate Hunter Biden. So I wouldn’t be surprised if a Trump-approved “peace” proposal heavily favoured Russia.
His vindictiveness knows no bounds. A nastier man never sullied the good Earth.

Please.
Can we be governed by people who
A) have moral principles

B) Are honest

C) Are competent. ?

It doesn’t seem too much to ask.

Looking at the current shenanigans over the pond, it’s amazing to me that the USA has ever had a functional democracy .
The right just blatantly lie all the time, the left seem somnolent; and a large part of the judiciary is anything but impartial.

No-one working a 40- hour week should have to rely on benefits to survive.

EITHER force employers to pay actual living wages

OR tax the shit out of them - because, by forcing their workers to claim benefits, they are costing the rest of us real money.
November 8, 2025 at 11:35 AM
It’s NOT difficult.

Some people and organisations work hard but have insufficient income to function effectively.

Other people and organisations have more than enough income to function effectively -I.e. they have a surplus.

Use the taxation system to balance things up a bit.

I wonder how many GOP lawmakers realise just how easily and extensively China has played Trump.

Sadly few, I fear.

Why do dictators and wannabe dictators behave like spoiled kids?
October 24, 2025 at 9:15 AM
If Trump and his minions put the same effort into making life better for Americans as they do into being corrupt and authoritarian, the American people would happily make them rich.
Why do it the hard way?

USA as “Land of the Free”?

That’s just a bad joke now.

And when it comes to suppression of Free Speech, UK is showing worrying signs too.

Lies and repression. The toolbox of would-be fascists the world over. And particularly of the Reform party.

Just caught some pics of Trump on his state visit to England.

He looks ill.
September 17, 2025 at 3:49 PM
So…
Even though Preznit Mango is doing EVERYTHING Butcher Putin wants, he’s being kicked to the curb by the world’s dictators.
Because they know that which Americans are only dimly beginning to realise- that Trump is fundamentally stupid, constitutively weak, and has no moral fibre at all.
September 5, 2025 at 3:10 PM
Why is it that Mr Mrs Ms Average American are tolerating this excuse for a Government?
Their ancestors waged a war of independence for less insult.
September 4, 2025 at 7:23 PM
Does the world need America? Especially an America trying so hard to be a second Russia .
August 27, 2025 at 9:56 PM
It strikes me that Zelenskyy has rather more wiggle room than many people assume. With gasoline rationing already in parts of Russia, and other shortages looming there, he can, with continued Western support, make life pretty unpleasant for Russia and Butcher Putin.
August 19, 2025 at 6:48 AM
I have never seen such an omnidirectional shit shower as that emanating from the White House and Merde a Lago.
And Trump owns it all. When it all bounces back it will immerse the Orange Moron.
