Thanks for the very polite response to my childish one. I remember having many conversations with the person that was on point in the US to commercialize the Venezuelan crude, when we commuted together on my car (a Venezuelan himself) and he frequently mentioned that crazy low number.

This is laughable. I worked for a “big oil” company that had Venezuelan oil, among other crudes.The extraction cost? $80, they say?
Try single digits. About $5 bucks actually. FIVE. Are we really going to believe that one of the heaviest, sourest crudes anywhere costs $80 to just extract? Come on.

The overwhelming majority are the very opposite, highly overrated ones, with “North” being the very worst movie I’ve ever seen. Roger Ebert’s review was spot on. Countless others made by him being of similar caliber. Rob Reiner however was a really nice guy and I’m really sorry to hear the news.
