We’re happy to congratulate Navoda Epitagama Liyana Arachchige for completing her excellent MSc thesis studying FGFR3-TACC3 fusion+ cell migration with a 3D GBM model. The thesis was a joint effort with S. Narkilahti’s Neurogroup, supervised by S. Mäntylä, N. Förster & K. Rautajoki.

We are proud to congratulate Miina Vulli on her thesis and graduation! 👏😊 Miina explored ways to enhance the biological signal in scRNA-seq data in glioblastoma. Her work provided highly valuable insights for both ongoing and future research. Thesis supervised by Kirsi Rautajoki and Juha Kesseli.
