🦡 My depression burrow never gets as sad or messy or bleak as it used to, even when the depression is hitting with a nostalgic teenage ferocity

Today I had a test done w the neuro dpt of VCU to see if my nerves were sending signals correctly. Turns out they’re so super healthy, which is great, but that hearing from the doctor did make me start crying immediately. (1/?)

Winter is here and I feel like I’m struggling to keep up. My favorite season, and another year where I cross the threshold into it heavy with fatigue and respiratory distress. I’m finding the alcoves of cozy satisfaction where I can. 🐻❄️
