People keep making comparisons to current Republican tactics and WWII era Germany. Yet, so many seem to forget that the Nazis were inspired by the American eugenics programs that systematically sterilized thousands of minorities. This evil has been living among us for centuries.

The words "with liberty and justice for all" from the pledge of allegiance should be a commitment to one another to fight to protect each other's freedoms. Yet many so called Americans have forgotten these words. They actively fight against the liberties of others as our justice system crumbles.

Some people have become monsters. It is hard to have empathy for these, but everyone was once a child. I can have empathy for that child, for the neglect, abuse, and trauma that child was forced to endure. I believe parental love is the most powerful weapon against tyrants. Prevention....

No one will ever be president of the United States of America if they can not unite the states of America.

It is egocentric to believe that the world depends on our existence as an individual--to believe that we are anything but a spec of dust in the grand expanse of this universe. However, it is naive to ignore the importance of each strand in a spider's web.

For years I have had a dream of creating a digital democracy: an online network where people can vote on issues, share their views, present important issues that need to be solved and collaborate together to make real changes. I am looking for people to help me make this dream a reality.

Hate has no place here.
