Well god dammit it literally cant not eat anything without my joints swelling up throughout my body i guess I have to stick with salads then. Sometimes your life can have you thrown in curve you did not wanted at all.

New hyperfixation it turns outs i like listing to Mantras and monk chanting also if those chanting have that oomph it that my brains like its drums and chorus chanting.
