A lot of people are falling before they are pushed. No one is committed to anything at this point. There is no pipeline project planned. There is an agreement that there might be a pipeline if someone comes up with a workable proposal. That's years away.

Not quite true. Canada has for-profit insurance that covers costs not covered by provincial health insurance plans. Canadian universal health-care covers EVERYONE, but not EVERYTHING.
