It’s very much there . There was a case where a neighbour out of spite informed the excise dept, of people in a flat consuming & storing booze without license & above permitted quantity in a flat ! The dept raided the flat . It’s there to harass at will .

Govt should turn the tables ! Change the rates in the rate card to fair minimum wages , add vacation, weekly offs , healthcare allowance and make that the rate card applicable for house helps !
