Holy shit I FINALLY did my first T shot by myself with medical supervision today using the Inject-EZ that @mangotarot.bsky.social recommended and gods why was I so scared to do it on my own without supervision? (Needlephobia that's why) But WOWEE this was amazing, hardly felt the needle go in.

I'm really going to try to start my weight loss journey on Mon. from food journaling to exercise journaling. I want to lose 35-40 pounds by summer/fall of next year and start building some muscle tone.
If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to stay on track for someone who gets easily distracted.😂

I have been awake for 36 hours. For the past 20 of those hours I have been lying in bed staring at the ceiling while the concept of time evaded me the entire day until 10 minutes ago. I cannot walk around too much or else my body becomes a lively hallucination of the leaning tower of Pisa all over.

Wow. I'm super fucking tired. Brain absolutely wired 7 ways to Sunday until 2 AM despite wanting to go to bed at 10 PM. Periodically waking up in the middle of the night. Waking up too early and not being able to go back to sleep. Wtf? Oh hold on. New med can rarely causes insomnia. 🙃 I'm the rare.

1 Alarm fire in my apartment complex. No where near my unit but I went outside anyway.
It was on the 2nd Floor. About 6 Emergency Response vehicles. We think the fire was in the apartment of the lady that got taken away by the paramedics.

Removing myself (not deleting) from all forms of social media and wherever I have an online presence for the time being. I am unhappy in my life and a particular relative isn't making it easier. I currently have no love for the creative process right now and want to excuse myself to try to heal.
