About 24 years ago, I was talking about my Slackware installs with another guy, we were in a college common area, in El Paso, and someone approached me and gave me their card from the NRO. I ignored it as a scam. I haven't thought about that day in a long time. I wonder where id be if i called him.

Awesome! I have the same camera! Never seen it online before, it was my first camera, from like 1988 or something. Awesome you found flashes!

It was a poster. I had one around 2002, I think it was from a company called “Penguin Computing”. Sadly it got left at the job cuz it was on the wall when I quit.

I have this running joke when I see a heron in the wild, I yell "AHH A PENGUIN!" and the kids roll their eyes. They're tired of me calling them penguins.
