This list is run by a True Crusader who refuses to listen to anyone who challenges their (wrong) preconceptions, and no one should use it: it's full of people (including me) who tried to explain to them that they are wrong about both US law and best practices in child welfare.

I should add that *includes* not censoring the words, please, and thank you. It makes it hard to filter appropriately.
