My daughter is 13. Illinois. They learn how to read an analog clock in 2nd grade. She knows roman numerals as well. And can dial rotary (although why anyone would is beyond me). Also moderate cursove reading/writing skills. Which kids are you basing this list off?

DeBoer is the obvious HC candidate, but Boudreau has a lot of fun potential, too.
For GM, I would look internally at Pridham, at least for now. Ryan Hardy and Wickenheiser also have that potential, at least on an interim basis. Hard to replace GM externally midseason, but we have a roster here.
