You can set it in the template settings. But it's also possible to override location and vault per capture.

I don't know Readeck but I also had to transition from Omnivore.

Here is my current workflow:
I use Nextcloud News as my RSS Feeder.
All other Newsletters I get receive in there as Atom feeds using kill-the-newsletter.com
And finally I created a Web Clipper template to highlight those articles.
