eh. It's not long for me. It's just slides I don't give a manual. The most recent PBI intermediate course they wanted a handoff so it was very verbose but otherwise it's not too bad and I only really write one new course a year.

The name is Figgy which, for the first time in house history, is the name from the dealership. Mom and T liked it quite a bit, my wife did too, dad was indifferent and I liked it more than alternatives so it stuck. I've also decided without any buy in that it's short for Finnegan.

Yeah what I like about consulting in software is the contracts are long tailed and acquiring new work isnt a constant efforr if you dont want it to be. I feel like that changes with a pure training model because a lot of thosw touchpoints are maybe once or twice a year. Overcomable, just a switch

That said this year it was about 40/60 my leads vs an agency's and I kid you not, it's ~4× $ for same work via my own leads. So I am continuing to try and do more of that and less of agency.

I could also see a future where I decide it's all too much and wind down consulting to do only training.

1. I would really not enjoy a situation of managing a team of trainers so it would have to be solo.

2. It's already too much combined with the consulting. Full days away makes for long nights catching up and days packed with meetings.
