There are a lot of folks overstating how effective it is. It’s a great tool for existing developers, but someone isn’t jumping into a dev career with Cursor and no other real experience.

It’s an optional add-on for Cline or Roo Code that allows context to persist between prompts. (I’m also not using Cursor)

Ok I’m experiencing this now with the beta “Studio voice” mode. Now using noise and echo removal toggled on. You’re right, overall it’s just not as good.

I upgraded but didn’t notice any quality loss (I use the noise and echo reduction on the mic input). What are you running into?

What are you documenting with? I’ve been mapping data pipelines with Figma, curious if there’s something more specialized.

I am totally awful at BG3 but imho the freedom is a refreshing change from the on-rails experience of JRPGs. That said, I’m still excited about Metaphor which I just started.

Baldur’s Gate 3 deserves stronger consideration even if only due to being a VERY different experience than any SquareEnix or Atlus RPG (which make up almost all of the other suggestions here).

They are FAR too quiet (even compared to other acoustic instruments) and often try to make up for it with heavier gauge strings which in turn affect playability (hence the pickup not entirely solving it). I’d rather use a headphone adapter with one of my electric basses.

Unless for very specific tonal purpose, most people regret getting an acoustic bass, even if it has an electric pickup.

Yes, just replace the small screen connected by a ribbon cable. The casing isn’t really “sealed” as much as just snapped together.

There has to be a compromise somewhere that isn’t blindfold-easy. Just wrapping up NG+ on hard mode in P5R and it’s basically a speedrun.

It’s just as bad when you see a key-value system in a relational db (i.e. Wordpress). There is not an appropriate way to index that in Postgres. Use the right tool for the job.

When I was a kid, I didn’t know the difference between bass guitar and kick drum and thought both sounds came from the same instrument.
