Legal action is being taken, and a proper ongoing investigation is taking place to correct these wrongs. We're doing everything we can and I understand the frustration and betrayal of hearing how long it's taken

and why I still interacted with her more recently.

What I'm explaining in this post is that I did not lead the investigation like the original post claimed, nor was there any direct intent to cover anything up. It was mishandled by the team - full stop. I support the decision to remove her from the team, I'm only explaining my perspective

The accusations brought to our attention in 2019 did not showcase the severity of what's been disclosed more recently. The photographic evidence that's come out since was not supplied to us in the past and I promise I wholeheartedly agree and admit to negligence.
