I’ve been tracking my mood for the last few months on my iPhone, to see how the new meds are affecting me if nothing else. But is it weird that I don’t want to mark my mood as anything more than “slightly pleasant” because the colors are so off-putting?

I’m on the verge of finishing my first actual paper book in ages. Maybe the new meds are helping.
