Comply and Die

The initial ICE agent begins to pepper spray him. Then the other agents jump on. The man was concealed carrying, but never reaches towards his pistol. During the short scuffle before the shots fired, you can see his pistol being removed by one officer, and in the officers possession.

The man falls over flat onto his back, and an Agent (couldn't tell if it was the same that fires the first shot) backs up and fires a whole clip into a non moving target.

Additional info: The man had stepped between ICE pushing and using force against two women, with his phone in hand...

about 6 Ice officers are on the ground tackling a man who his hunched over on his knees being "detained". One coward is pistol whipping the man in the head. Seconds later an agent point blank shoots the citizen. Immediately the ICE agents scramble off the body...
