Went to the new IKEA in Mt. Wellington and took some photos.

I loved documenting the music scene here in Aotearoa NZ, working these bigger gigs was a privilege.
Rule 1 of working in the pit, always respect the security team sharing their space with you.

I had just switched formats & was learning to use my new DSLR, a Nikon D70s. Had no idea what I was doing but gave it go & it helped the usos were easy to direct & they trusted me.

I remember seeing the Sikh community rallying around those struggling through flooding in 2023 as well as any number of call outs for help when people are in need.

Had to take our little 12 year old puppy to the vet. She is going to lose her eye to glaucoma and I'm a bit upset by it all.
Told my PhD supervisor thinking it sounded like a dumb reason to be down.
She understood. 💙

I went and saw a truly moving exhibition at Papakura Art Gallery featuring three artists, Alexander, Lealofitaute Vaai and Selu-Kian Lealiifano-Faletoese. Ele'ele A Resonant Call Home. It explores the experiences of Samoan women navigating cancer.
