My understanding is was Div Inc Equ programs were meant to address systemic inequalities inherent in underserved and minority populations. What does the data look like for these outcomes of said programs? just curious what measurable things look like.

Out shopping and realize many people of certain backgrounds are going to become targets of citizenship policies next year. Not a good feeling. Watched some Poncho Villa and Zapata history and pray for their spirits to return….

Makes me squirm in my chair when I see people that are in the rooms but are t working the steps. I’m not upset with them I just want them to find a better reaction to life.

I was walking around doing holiday shopping and many of the families in my community speak Spanish. I had a moment that gave me pause thinking about how these families will cope with the next four years.

A guy asked how to stop being isolated and get more social and connected. I said show up, be consistent, chair, service positions, talk to people at the end of meetings for fellowship. Today that dude chaired, love people that take action on a program of suggestions.
