Vaccination of healthy children against COVID cannot possibly make sense from a risk/benefit perspective. They at virtually zero risk from the disease.

The Polio vaccine was contaminated with SV40 in the 50s and early 60s. I don’t think it has been since. So I don’t see how his concern applies to the current Polio vaccine.

A 2024 Gallup poll found that 69% of Americans (83% of Democrats, 74% of independents and 46% of Republicans) supported same-sex marriage, while 29% opposed it. I can’t see it getting reversed.

Libertarians are libertarians. They are not moderates per se (although some of their positions can be). They are primarily laissez-faire.

My “moderate” political position hasn’t really changed. The political landscape has definitely moved on me. But I don’t think I’ve moved with it. I have major issues with both extremes of politics. I
