This year I’m committing to 25 new recipes that are not something I’d usually make. I started with homemade gnocchi with butternut squash, golden beets and toasted hazelnuts in sage brown butter with some pecorino on top. I’m rating this a 6/10. Way too much effort and the flavours were just ok.🫤
