Thanks a lot! Sometimes, I feel like my daily reminders are spammy, but hearing some positive feedback they are helpful is very validating. I might not have super pertinent thoughts-of-day everyday but I try to make it at least fun, personal or interesting.

Maybe you did need it. 🫶 Recognizing we do that to ourselves is an important step to adopt a kinder approach. It's no easy task.

- Kids are often less toxic than the adults. Bring some age appropriate boardgames and have fun.

- Bring tylenol/advil for headaches.

- You are allowed to go to your bedroom, take a walk, hide in the bathroom/basement etc if you run out spoons.

- If people are talking about politics and shits and that makes you uncomfortable, you can decide to not take part of the conversation. Leave the room or play with your phone.
