The media loves going to the rural diner in a conservative part of the Midwest, yet never goes to a coffee shop in a big city to talk to people there…

I want to know if they used early 90’s games or modern games that have no real ‘ending’ and encourage daily engagement?

It is that in my county. It usually ends up around 58-42% in favor of the gop, but a lot of people don’t vote.

It looks like it is the Director’s Cut.

I haven’t seen a big shift in the values of the voters in the middle part of the country yet. We will see when it comes to the primaries and people have the chance to change their party preference next spring.

I have never heard of this movie until this post. But I will check it out when my library has it back on the shelf.

Diet Coke is a scam for sure.

But I eat plenty of fruit sugars and put sugar in Koolaid and other juice drinks, and I’m not overweight.

We should have enough real world evidence to change ingredients, even if it means that some Iowa primary voters will lose money…

I eat plenty of sugar and am a normal weight. But HFCS does cause me to put on a few pounds of fat back in the early 2000’s when I didn’t know about it.

I could see AI being used in some aspects of healthcare. I could see taxpayer funded coverage for everyone providing basic living healthy advice and some direction as to which real doctors you need to see. But it will require programmers creating most of the program based on truth and science.

I would be nice if there was a more recent one or maybe a sequel.

I’ll believe it when 75% of state legislatures are majority Democrat…

She should be redacted as well.

Exactly. I don’t know if this made up $3-4 trillion per year number is what it would cost to 100% fund every doctor, medical professional, and first responder, or if it is only the 80% rate that Medicare would cover.
(Yes I know it is probably 100%, but the messaging is inconclusive for some people)

You have to show something to the public and your supporters. Even if they only released half of it and called it the full report, that would appear to be more honest.

And your attitude is why nobody likes the left perfectionists living in fantasy land.

It was a stupid thing to not have an open convention. It would have taken an hour or two to let the Biden delegates select her over Williamson and Phillips, but they didn’t even want to give them any time to give a speech during the convention.

They are very afraid of the Progressives overtaking the party just like the tea party did to the republican party back in 2010.
December 21, 2025 at 1:32 PM
All of that is true though. Including the number of non voters were effectively a vote for the republicans.

Because it will help with self driving.
December 19, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Nope. We need presidential candidates who travel to the non-early primary and swing states right now. Before it becomes “not politically smart” to visit the other 40 states. There needs to be 10 or so candidates all running, going to places that Democrats don’t go to (including deep blue areas).

Me too. I was thinking about how this looks like it did when I was a kid in the early winter.

Speed is one part, but I do want gas motors banned on bike and pedestrian paths. However, if the e-bikes keep in under 24 mph, which is my speed on a triathlon bike, then it’s OK. Same with scooters, but they should be limited to 20mph because the f the smaller wheels and smaller brakes.
December 15, 2025 at 10:14 PM
In some ways, yes. But this has also been a 60ish year “southern strategy” that they have planned out and put the people in place to help them pull it off over that time frame.
