sauerkraut is disgusting, but well cooked sausage I can eat but it has to be Italian sausage with cardamom seeds, not the big gross regular kind.

Brussel sprouts, kidney, and liver. They're very nutritious I'm sure, but I'd never keep them down long enough to find out. Just the smell is enough to make me nauseated. (On the bright side, I didn't like broccoli and cauliflower either, but can handle those now. 😀)
