I was overjoyed to be able to spend the weekend with H, who has become a dedicated rope bunny and pet for me. We even did a tie that she got to wear under her clothes when we went to lunch. You can see it peeking out beside her collar.

This weekend, I baked some high protein low calorie brownies. Several friends tried them and said they were amazing. I had another great training session with a submissive lady I've been seeing. I plan to offer her ownership soon. I dislocated my shoulder at the gym. No May triathlon for me. 😔😮‍💨

Protein McMuffins!
I used 80ml of pancake mix and 20g of protein powder, with an egg white and milk to make buns (makes 3). I scrambled the egg yolk and an additional egg. Cooked in this pan. A few drops of syrup on buns. Add slice of cheese, and a slice of chicken cold cut. 30g protein. 12 min.

I went to the gym today, which was gayer than average. 🤣 (See background of gym pic.) I also made crab rangoon pizza and calzone. It was carb time (only about 15g protein), but one of the best things I've eaten this year. Breakfast was a "Protein McMuffin."

I used apple sauce to replace some of the butter and eggs for less fat, and replaced a third of the flour with protein powder. Reduced carbs, sugar, fats, and cholesterol. Moist desserts and they "Don't taste healthy," according to my test subjects.

Japanese ramen and shrimp, with noodles made from chickpea (30g protein). Nugs, sweet potato fries, apple slaw, salad w/chicken and fruit in tzatziki dressing (28g protein). "Beefaroni" Ground chicken with chickpea pasta, tomato sauce and cheese (50g protein). Gnocchi with shrimp and broccoli. (30g)

Thanksgiving inspired-
Open-faced turkey sandwich on a slice of sourdough (38g protein), w/ jellied cranberry sauce, and ranch mashed potatoes on top. I mashed the potatoes with greek yogurt and ranch powder. Onion, cheese, greenbean casserole (6g/serving). Oven roasted paprika w/lime juice & salt.

Healthy, high-protein food that's quick to make. 1 scoop of protein + 100g greek yogurt. Mix well. Add topping of choice. Layer for parfait. 3 slices of chicken and one slice of muenster cheese on two eggs and a tortilla =32g of protein.
